ArtQuest Bot (beta) Terms of Service

Welcome to ArtQuest, a creative Discord bot that helps users generate drawing ideas, share artwork, and earn XP rewards.
By using ArtQuest, you agree to the following terms:

1. Use of Service

• You must follow Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

• ArtQuest is intended for entertainment and educational purposes only.

• You agree not to use the bot for spam, harassment, illegal activity, or sharing NSFW, violent, or otherwise prohibited content.

• You are responsible for the content you share through ArtQuest.

2. Account & Data

• ArtQuest identifies users only by their Discord User ID; no personal data is collected beyond that.

• XP, levels, and artwork submissions are stored to provide the game and leaderboard features.

• You may request deletion of your stored data at any time by contacting the developer.

3. Availability

• The bot is provided “as is.” There is no guarantee of uptime or permanent access.

• The developer may suspend or terminate the bot at any time for maintenance or abuse prevention.

4. Intellectual Property

• You retain full rights to artwork you create and upload.

• By sharing artwork publicly through ArtQuest, you grant permission for it to be displayed within the bot’s community features.

5. Liability

• The developer is not responsible for user-generated content or damages arising from use of the bot.

6. Changes

• These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the bot means you accept any changes.
