Your privacy is important. This policy explains what data ArtQuest collects and how it’s used.

1. Data We Collect

ArtQuest collects and stores only limited, non-personal data:

• Discord User ID (for XP, level, and artwork tracking)

• Server IDs and Message IDs (for leaderboard and voting features)

• Optional image URLs for artwork shared through /shareartwork

No names, emails, or IP addresses are stored. No analytics or tracking cookies are used.

2. How Data Is Used

• To keep track of user progress (XP, levels, badges).

• To display shared artwork and leaderboard statistics.

• To enable fair global voting and rating across servers.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties.
Data is only shared through Discord’s normal API functions.

4. Data Security

All data is securely stored in Firebase with restricted access.
If you wish to have your data deleted, you can contact the developer at any time.

5. Children’s Privacy

ArtQuest is intended for users 13 years and older, in compliance with Discord’s age requirements.

6. Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. The “last updated” date will always reflect the latest version.
