Hobbies & Interests
Typically, here someone would say "I enjoy long walks on the beach..." However, that couldn't be further from the truth!
I love using my mind - whether that's learning new skills or simply practicing another programming language, anything self-development definitely hits close to home!

Communication with Customers in order to resolve logistical / Technical Queries
Ensure Monthly Relevant Physical updates are downloaded onto relevant hardware, to relevant addresses / customers according to their preferences - this involves 1,000 machines / month and is a process Developed and continued solely by me.
Cross-Departmental work to ensure all Standard Operating Procedures are up to date & ensure Salesforce work is as streamlined and native as possible
Fault-finding & repairing Leisure gaming machines to ensure correct operating order.
Being in charge of customer content updates I had to communicate within my team in order to instruct my colleagues on how and when to communicate with the customers as well as what to send out within a certain time period which taught me great leadership skills
Worked with multiple departments including warehouse, finance and operations to improve efficiency of case creation and customer communications

Repair Technician
As I have spent time as a Team lead within the Currys Repairs Department it was my duty to educate my colleagues on their strengths and weaknesses leading to a more efficient streamline of work.
Fault-finding & Repairing Brown & White Goods
Repair according to each service agreement with minor differences
Hit specific targets to ensure Priority work was done on time
I have spent an excessive amount of time communicating back and forth with the customers of the company regarding their damaged goods (brown goods & gaming machines) & providing the necessary instructions for repair.
Achievements
Introduced a process of testing the health of hard-drives which greatly improved Operations & Our product quality as well as Budget savings.
Improved & Leading the process of Shipping customers the relevant software on a monthly basis, greatly improving efficiency and operations across multiple departments involved.
Providing Technical assistance to Engineers of Market Leading Leisure Gaming Machines While Ensuring our machines are in an operational condition by fault finding and repairing where needed.
Achievements
Introduced a process of repair by developing the work culture and matching different faults to the right people which improved work satisfaction and performance (Spillage Team).
Improved the process of part testing, greatly reducing the time taken to repair brown goods as well as the prevention of faulty parts going back into stock.
